How it works
A specially formulated backing grips smooth floor surfaces to help prevent the instrument sliding, while still allowing the holder to be lifted cleanly when you want to reposition it.

“I'm a bassist. It works perfectly. As I practice at home on a wood floor the bass does not slide at all. I play standing up. In thumb position I lean the instrument back to me quite a bit. The bass stands securely on the floor without moving. There's a rubber tip on the end pin that is 1 1/4 in. diameter. The end pin with the tip fits perfectly in the SmartStop. I'm going to get one or two more to have as extras. It's a very good and well designed product.”
