Endpin holders for cello and bass that really do stay in place !

For cellists, the SmartStop works for all endpins, with rubber tips or sharpened tips. It features an innovative design with multiple ‘holes’ added to the centre of the stop. This means that cellists with sharpened endpins can make adjustments to their position within the stop rather than moving the whole stop.

When we say it actually works, we mean it. We’ve tried many different endpin holders and have previously found some similar designs haven’t stayed in place.

The SmartStop was developed by Sarah West, a Juilliard-trained cellist and teacher. She spent over three years researching the best materials for both the top and the bottom of the SmartStop. Dozens of design changes and trials eventually yielded an amazing backing that is strong, tear-resistant, and sticks to most surfaces.

SmartStop is dust-resistant but also washes easily it doesn't need washing under normal use.

SmartStops stay put securely on most surfaces including marble, wood, laminate, linoleum, and more. You can move your SmartStop easily when you need to change position.
