Cello — Metal A String
Warchal initially explored a metal A as a durable alternative during development of the BRILLIANT cello set.
Once the durability issue with the synthetic A had been resolved, the metal version nevertheless continued to produce excellent results with players, so Warchal retained it in the range under the name PROTOTYPE.
It offers strong projection, clean starts and a confident feel under the bow.

- Compatibility: blends well with AMBER cello strings and many mixed setups. It can also be paired with existing BRILLIANT cello strings; that cello range has been discontinued.
