“These strings are sounding even better”
These Beast strings are actually still developing, which is something I’ve never come across before. The fizz is still there, but they’re softening and sound more flexible. The E string is perfect and sits smack in the middle of my preferred tensions too. Bags of broad sound but sweet as a nut as well.

The Beast - we it certainly is. It's in the power range of another well known range of strings. I put them on a master made Mittenwald, one of my collection of fiddles. It sounds wonderful and enhances the pure voice of this instrument with even more power than the L***** V******* that had been the previous choice. It beats the P****** for tonal warmth and is equal in power to them. Better on the A string as it is warmer and purer. It's a winner as far as I am concerned and I will be ordering more for stock soon.
